How do I set up temporary or permanent roll off service?

Please call or email our office and we can assist you in determining the correct service to match your needs.  We will then set up an account and schedule delivery of the appropriate container to your site.

How long does it take for Micro to respond to my request for service?

We normally provide service within no more than 24 hours from when you contact our office and request the service to be performed.  We also can work with you to plan a schedule so you do not even have to contact us.

What types of materials do you haul?

We provide hauling service for a variety of materials.  We haul municipal solid waste and construction materials for processing and disposal.  In addition, we haul separated metals, pallets, organic waste, cardboard and other recyclable items.

A growing number of our hauls never see a disposal site but are sent to another destination for further processing and ultimate reuse.  We are keenly focused on doing our part to save our planet’s resources through recycling and reuse of materials.

What trash / bulk items don’t you take?

We don’t take building materials, liquid corrosives, or tires. We don’t take refrigerators and AC units without them being red tagged by certified HVAC Tech. Electronics are taken on a by borough basis.

Items we do not take

Micro takes building materials, We will take Refrigerators and AC units if the freon has been removed. We do take electronics and tires, but there is an additional charge.

What products are not recyclable?

Tires, Glass, Liquids, Plastic Bags, Bubble Wrap, Medical Waste, Styrofoam, Straws, Mirrors, Aerosol Cans, Clothes Hangers, Packing Peanuts.
